Shipping & Delivery

Every order placed on tecovaus.shop ships free. There is no minimum merchandise total. The free method is the method offered at cart and checkout for destinations WooCommerce can serve. Fees shown at checkout are the fees that apply, and for ordinary addresses that fee is zero.

Estimates start after a label exists, not at the moment of payment. Packing happens on business days. A weekend or holiday order waits. Write a full street address, including apartment or suite. Email tecovas@gmail.com if you spot a typo before tracking arrives.

Remote areas, weather, and carrier events can add a day. Those events are not a defect in the boot. Split shipments can occur when items sit in different bins. Two tracking numbers can still be one payment. Keep the original box if a later exchange might be needed.
